Akatosh

My name's Anastasia; you can call me Akatosh but you don't have to. I'm 17 years old. I graduated from high school at age 16, and am currently a first year in college studying English. I like to fancy myself a writer. I love history. I have no idea what I'm going to do with my life.
I play a lot of video games. Just finished Dragon Age: Inquisition, don't really have time to start another but the next on my list is Shadow of Mordor, which despite being in my Steam library I've yet to touch.
As for personal beliefs, I'm agnostic but hugely into theology. I read a lot of philosophy, mainly those philosophers who analyze literature. Sartre's my favourite by far. I'm a daily user of medical cannabis and believe all drugs should be legalized and government regulated. I dislike putting labels on myself for my political/social beliefs, but I believe in equal opportunity.
I've been diagnosed with bipolar type 2 and anxiety disorder NOS. Not currently on medication for either of them, save for the cannabis (which does wonders for my anxiety and is nice to fall back on during panic attacks). I've been on most antidepressants and mood stabilizers, a couple benzos, etc. None of them work for me.
But back to something a little less grim: I'm a voracious reader. David Foster Wallace, Noam Chomsky, GRRM, Haruki Murakami, and Thomas Carlyle are my current loves. I'm a huge fantasy nerd and am obsessed with elves. Mostly reading nonfiction these days because of my studies. Currently writing a novel that I'm hoping to finish by the end of the year. 50k words in!
I'm a bit all over the place but I'd love to talk to any of you. :)
