Hey a few days ago i used some lube and was able to pull my foreskin up a bit.. now it covers a lot more head than usual(I think it used to get stuck somewhere) but im afraid of pulling it down because it'll go back to normal... Also will pulling on the skin make it longer because i want some overhang

Maybe it stuck because you didn't clean it properly after j/o . Anyway , I think that If you hadn't had problems with pulling it in the past , you won't have nor this time . Don't worry , and you can't make your foreskin longer , although there are some tips about it on internet , I think that it is waste of time and total disappointment , because , I have really long overhang , nearly 3cm , and with it you need more care than guys with shorter foreskin . It is also totally unaesthetic and unhygienic , believe me , be happy because you have short foreskin .

You can't damage your foreskin by pulling it up or down unless you force it. And you also can't actually make your skin longer, all that is happening is you're pulling the skin further up your shaft. Usually happens when your foreskin loosens up, which is natural.

But when i retract it why does it not cover the entire head?

I'm unsure what you mean by retract, as this would be when you pull it back. But as for when you pull it back up the head of your penis, it may or may not cover the entire thing. It depends on how you are "made". Genetics. Some people have loose foreskin, some have tight. Some cover the head, some only go half way. My friend is like that, I used to think he was circumcised because his foreskin was always pulled back.
