Maybe like a year or two ago. I randomly found an article about PPP and I didnt even know it had a name, I thought it was on everyones dick, so I did some research and found out.

Nope, girls don't mind... I actually heard it feels better for them, why would you think they sometimes put these bumps (PPP-like things) on condoms? It stimulates girls more.

I have never had them under my glans but have had white bumps at the base of my penis.

They sound like hair follicles to me, and nothing to do with papules on the glans.I have them as well, and I am not worried about them. But if you worried, just do what I did and see your GP, just to put your mind at rest, so stop,worrying!
