Get a ruler, and a calculator. I will use my penis as an example. You add your erect length, erect girth, flaccid length, and flaccid girth together and divide by 4. My example: 5 + 5 + 4 + 2.5 = 11.5 divided by 4 = 4.125 inches. Also, please state your age and DONT LIE PLEASE.
It measures your total with length and girth to get your combined average penis size. PLEASE MENTION HOW OLD YOU ARE.

Alright so mine is 6.5 + 5.5 + 3.5 + 3 = 18.5 / 4 = 4.625 inches. I'm not really sure what this is really measuring though.

Erect girth - 7.5" at the base
Flaccid length - 4"
Flaccid girth - 3"

= 22/4

= 5.5

So what does this mean exactly?

You say the average penis length, but what does that mean?

What purpose does this serve? There doesn't seem to be any scientific reasoning behind the math.

2.10 + 1.3 + 1.1 +0.6 = 5.9
Divided by 4 = 1.475

This gives your actual length? I've never heard anyone ask for the size and give a weird formula to calculate a mixture of hard and soft sizes. This does not give an accurate measurement of erect or soft surface area or volume. The calculation doesn't give a number of any significance.
