Hi there Lewzer!
While I'm very sorry to hear about your wishes to relapse- I'm glad you stopped by to make a post.
Remember that you are a valuable and important person in this world. You deserve the very best. And unfortunately, the very best may not be what you want right now: the cutting.
A rubber band around your wrist that is snapped can also emulate the feeling of cutting, in a much healthier way. Similar, yet often more effective than pinching.
Also, when you are feeling upbeat, it may be helpful to create a playlist on youtube or your phone of songs that empower you to be self-harm free. The next time you feel like self-harming, perhaps you can listen to these songs and try and take deep breaths. Make a list of all the things you are thankful for, possibly?
You are a great person and I have so much faith in you. Good luck.

I agree. As someones whose trying to stop cutting, I can say that the rubber band around wrist is pretty effective. Music helps a lot too! Relapsing is not worth it at all. So stay positive and cut-free! You can do it! :)

That's a great friend you got there m8.

Try drawing on yourself instead of cutting. Or just try drawing in general. What helps me when I get upset is drawing pictures of me or some made up character crying, or in some other emotional state. In the end you have accomplished two things: 1. Created a beautiful piece of art and 2. Hopefully released your emotions in a non-harming way.

And as others have suggested, music works wonders. What helps me tremendously is listening to music that is portraying how I'm feeling atm. Just being able to connect to something for those 3 or 4 minutes is the best.

Good luck<3
