After shaving , I applied moisturizer (lots of it) then after some time put talc, and put talc everyday. Yet it irritates sometimes. Any ideas to stop it?
Extra info: This was my first time

Well, I don't shave it and I've never got irritated so I guess.... if you don't shave=no irritation

Just don't shave your underarms. It's gonna keep itching whenever you shave it.

Since it is your first time it is gonna irritate you a lot, and there really isn't any way to stop it. You'll get used to it if you do it regularly but it's still gonna itch a little every time.

I shaved mine about a month and a half ago, mine were irritated as well, it sounds like you did what you could. Try not to scratch or itch them, thats all that worked for me.

Check the moisturizer - it may irritate you more than not using.
That plus talc -bad the talc will just rub in the moisturizer.
If you can use any healing creams that might help - stuff you might put on a graze or cut.

This is a feature of shaving - there is a time when the hair is growing back when it itches. This is most likely to be an issue if you shave from time to time but not regularly.
The solutions are either shave more often so you keep the hair from getting to the point where it starts to itch, or let it grow back and then don't shave any more. The latter is less hassle.

Don't use talc. It's not a good absorber of moisture. It is probably the reason you are so irritated.

Make sure you aren't going against the grain. Use shaving cream too.

I use electric clippers, just to trim, not shave completely. No irritation.
