Lately, the person I love have been holding hands with another friend of mine and he touches him a lot which makes me feel really uncomfortable in public... it pisses me off and I can't stop thinking about it... I feel i am also paid less attention too and my views about love are like; men can't handle it and women are unworthy of it ... which is really extreme and Pls don't take it literal but that is how i feel atm... Is there anyway I can help it ? Should I stay away from them cuz I've been doing it for awhile and it helped me ?

If you're not together, you really have no place to judge what they do. I'm not saying it's not understandable but you're getting very worked up over something that should not cause this much distress. I won't address those thoughts you're having because I think it's just because you're angry, not because of how you are.

Separate yourself from them and the situation until you think you can handle it. Eventually you're just going to have to get over it. They're going to behave how they want to and nothing about what they're doing is particularly inappropriate. Sorry, mate, that's just how it's probably going to be and you're going to have to accept it.

I'm sorry I can't provide a better answer but your post doesn't really tell me a whole lot.

Well, thank you; your reply helped me a lot. I couldn't stay away but I kinda look away and try not to look at them while they are having a romantic time as I would assume with each other, after all they are my close friends.
