You shouldn't feel bad and according to what you said, it doesn't sound like you are taking advantage of him. If it does bother you, you can ask if you can return the favor. And a handjob isn't really gay or not, it's pretty much the same thing as jerking off, just with someone else, and is fairly common amongst teens.
I give my straight friends handjobs all the time and don't expect anything back. Sometimes they give me one, sometimes they don't, I don't mind, I'm just helping my friends out.
