12 stone is a British measurement for weight, I had a friend in London who told me. So I don't know what that translates to in pounds. But no matter. 6'1" is tall for an adult, really tall for a 15 year old. But at 6.4" you're already above average for an adult male, 5.5 being the average. And at 15 you're going to grow more in other parts of your body, probably not in height, but other places, like amount of body hair and probably dick size. Do you know how big your dad is? That can be a good indicator. If you've never seen him naked, find a way to talk to him about it, say you're worried about your size compared to other boys & see if he can offer anything helpful.

I'd all you want to know is whether you are 'the right size' then all you have to do is type 'men's average penis size' into Google. Around 5.5 inches is average, mens fully grown. As for the beard or moustache, everyone goes through puberty at different speeds, and everyone's genes are different, if you are from a non hairy family, you may always only have a thin beard.
