How to create a Profile Picture?

You can then insert a profile picture either by uploading it from a picture url, it has to have .jpg or whatever at the end.

Or you can open up a picture saved on your computer.

This can as well be properly done by going into your User CP (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/usercp.php), then on the left going into "Your Profile", then under that clicking "Edit Profile Picture".
