You're fine dude. For the most part, puberty doesn't follow any specific order. You're still probably at the very onset of it, so just be patient. It's incredibly unlikely that there's anything wrong with you, there's no need to worry.

Honestly, there's nothing wrong with you, and you're like 13 which puts you on the young side of ejaculating. Many guys don't start ejaculating until they're 14, and you're right on the money because at least you can pre-cum. Even if you're having dry orgasms mixed with orgasms with some pre-cum, then that's fine. Most of us had a mixture of dry and wet orgasms even after we had our first cum.

Whether you want to admit it or not, you're normal, and you're just like the rest of us. I would not focus too much on cumming because its going to happen sooner rather than later. At least you can pre-cum sometimes which is a good sign, and you seem completely fine and just like the rest of us.

Yes, it definitely does take a while to recharge, and it might take you a week or two to get another cum. Especially since your body is new to the whole process it does not have a reserve like an older teen who has been cumming for a while. You are going to have a mix between wet and dry orgasms for at least the next year.

You're being too hard on yourself. The clear stuff is most likely pre, but some get clear cum too, it's usually milky or white but not with everyone. I could't cum till I was 13 and with the liquid you're getting, I'm certain you'll be cumming very soon.
