As I said in one of my previous threads, I have quite a bit of pubic hair. It getting pretty long and it is really annoying when I jerk off or go to the toilet. Should I shave it, trim it or leave it?

If it irritates you that much, there is no harm in giving it a trim.

Whatever you want, really, depending on how short it would need to be to stop being a nuisance and also how brash you are about potentially looking different from others. if you want to strim to a consistent length a beard trimmer or clippers used for hairdressing which have a guide comb would be useful.

You can also cut a part and then trim it to a nice look

Yes, you can do whichever you want. I find trimming a lot easier since you're not really cutting off the hairs near the root.

Do whatever you want, but I shave. If you have a lot though, trim it short before you shave!

you could shave it or trim it, it's up to you, I personally trim because I don't like it shaved as it feels weird to touch, but it's what you prefer, you may want to try both and see which is best for you. I would suggest doing something though if it's annyoying you

I had the same problem as you do now. So I said, "Screw it." and shaved the lot XD. But trimming is good too.

Depends on what you want. There aren't going to be any physical consequences from shaving if that's your question. Apart from the occasional cut and an itchy sensation.

I trim mine for the same reason, plus it looks nicer. I would rather do that than shaving because shaving is a lot more work.

Experiment! Trim it first, if u dont like it, shave it! Dont shave first though as if u dont like it you are stuffed, so trim first.

Trimming it is actually okay. If you're young or it's your first time, I don't really suggest shaving it, as it takes so much to maintain it, and it can get really irritating. But if you want to keep it natural, you can just pour a little water on your hair, so it would stick together to the base of your shaft, so it wouldn't get in the way of you minding your own business.
