It can be, yes. Always talk to a doctor before increasing your hormone levels. Odds are, you don't need it. Testosterone enhancers typically only prescribed to transitioning individuals or men with severe lack of it. Hormones are regulated by your body and adding anything your body doesn't need can lead to health complications. For example (and this is not testosterone specifically but) I took a medication once that heightened my progesterone levels immensely. My doctor immediately took me off of it because it could have led to unwanted masses or even breast cancer. Some testosterone-enhancing drugs risk heart attacks, strokes, or blood clots.

I'm assuming because you're posting here, you just want to increase it as a sports/fitness booster, in which case there are far more natural ways to get in shape and get better at sports that don't involve altering your body chemistry. (And no, increasing your testosterone is not a natural method. You're not actually taking the hormone itself, you are taking drugs designed to force your body to create more of the hormone itself.)

Besides, if you weren't going to talk to a doctor, where were you planning on getting stuff like this? Hormone enhancers are controlled substances and anything you get from any other source is like any street drug: probably laced with something else that could cause adverse affects in your body you wouldn't even be aware of.

So yes, if you feel for whatever reason that increasing your T levels is necessary, talk to a doctor.

If your going to raise your testosterone levels with things like testosterone boosters or injections, it can be bad because your body will become dependent on the testosterone injections for the bodies testosterone levels in other words, your body will stop producing testosterone naturally. If you are going to use injections or boosters, you must ask your doctor before using it but most likely you don't even need it. You can increase your natural testosterone production with things like weight lifting, vitamin d, and zmas but just like the injections, it is safer if you ask your doctor before starting any of this.

Your test levels are already super high due to your age. Regardless, raising your test levels naturally is not dangerous. If you think your levels are low, ask your doc to test you. Don't touch 'roids.

Hormones are dangerous things. They are connected with our emotions , feeling etc. Think about serotonin (hormone of happiness) , having it too much causes mania .
So , taking hormones will not only take your physical look it can change your personality. Don't play with them.

Dangerous? Yep, it can be.
I would suggest trying conventional means first.
Try taking folic acid and zinc sulfate.
Also you can try making a "jock smoothie." 3 raw egg yolks, 2 tablespoons of butter, a cup of milk and a ripe banana. Mix them all up in a blender and drink (I would suggest not adding a banana in, but to just eat it after you drink the smoothie.)
