One second, I'll be happy as can be, and will want to do anything, I'll be confident, and then the next second I'll be down, don't wanna do anything, feel shy and narcisstic. And When I'm in a down mood, I'll be impulsive and wanna do things I would never usually wanna do. It's scary, I don't know what's going on. I'll be somewhere good and I'll be down as fuck. What's going on? Am I depressed in some way? I have taken load's of tests online and they all say I'm bipolar.

First rule of mental illness: don't self-diagnose with internet quizzes. They do not take into account many diagnostic criteria and are often made by teenagers who think they know what an illness is but actually have no clue.
What you describe sounds nothing like bipolar disorder but the only way to know for sure is to speak to a professional psychiatrist for diagnosis. You may be suffering from depression. The thing about bipolar disorder is that the "ups" aren't really "ups" at all. They're impulsivity, an elated sense of one's own abilities and purpose, irritation, racing thoughts, feeling like no one can keep up with you or understand what you're trying to say. You'd think that sounds similar to depression with the irritation and impulsivity but it actually feels very different and sometimes it's hard to tell when you're manic. When you're depressed, you feel it.
Also, bipolar isn't one second to the next. Bipolar disorder cycles through episodes that last usually a week or longer and typically you only have two or three episodes of either mania or depression a year with long periods of a "neutral" plateau in between them.
If you're concerned, I suggest getting in contact with some form of professional and seeing what they say. Stop taking internet quizzes. Seriously, they're unhealthy and lead you to believe things that may not be true and are actually worse for you than you think they are.

To me it sounds like your hormones are just messing with you. And those mood swings are completely normal for teenagers. But if you really are concerned then you can always go to see a doctor.

As the others said if you are worried see a professional. I have bipolar and it's quite different from what you describe, so don't believe those online quizzes.
Talking to a professional will give you insight and the information you need.
Good luck.
