So I was in a relationship for a year and a bit. It ended in November, but I'm still feeling the stings and pains and all that. I keep relapsing and messaging them, and this person hates me now for something I don't realise I've done. I'm having a hard time getting over it.

What do I do? Your advice? What about social media: remain friends/followers or what?

You must get over it. I had perfect chance too and i didn't use it properly because i was stupid. I tried to stay friends with this person , but i knew that we will never be more than friends , cause he said to me "Sorry for not feeling the same" and "There can't be anything more than friendship between us"

I tried to be friends , but it is impossible. So i talked with him , told him not to message me , deleted all messages , pictures and now i am in "rehabilitation" process :)

You must kill hope that "you will be something as time passes" , who knows , maybe you will. But because of that hope you are killing yourself in present , where is clearly that you can't be together. Just stay strong and say to yourself that you don't need them.

*I wrote 2 short stories , expressing my emotions and that helped me a bit. Find a hobby that will keep your mind off your ex.

There's no specific way to get over a breakup fast. You just go on with your life and each day you will feel less heartbroken over this. As for remaining friends on social media, that's totally up to you. However if you feel keeping them on your friends list will prevent you from moving on, I'd suggest deleting them from there.
