So i know a certain feminine entity with the triple X syndrome, she's not quite the brightest but she's quite nice, and she helped me through some of the earlier stages in life. We got along well since we were both outcasts but my school was much higher difficulty than hers and we grew apart due to the magic of puberty.
Still, it'd be a dick move not to do anything. She invited me to her sixteenth birthday, and, since "sweet sixteens" are usually important to people (i think(i guess)) i decided to try and give her something original. However, my slight OCD or autism or whatever issues i have overpowered me and now i have a giant balloon with red heart prints, loads of little ribbons and small, pink-red balloons. I just reckoned she liked pink and i knew pink was a "sweet sixteen" color, so i tried to get alot of it in there. Looking at it now, i regret having done this a bit, as it seems like i'm trying to marry her. Which i'm not.
Something to add there is that she did ask me out when i were about 11 (and she was 12). I calmly told her that i already was in a relationship ( with a way younger girl who was, well, quite eager to "get it done", oh well, #justyoungteenthings ), really afraid i'd upset her, then i asked her "But you already knew i was, right?" after which she stated that she was 'just kidding' (but she made a card with pink and purple and colors and all that shit) and left the place we were at, silent. I presume she had spent some time crying after that, although i really feel quite selfish for assuming anyone could be sad after getting turned town by someone like me.
Her parents are christian, so is she (although she had been a non-believer for about three years before this) and her younger sister (her younger brother, however, "acts" christian but is really not) yet i'm just sitting here being a pessimistic infidel.
I really don't know what to do and/or what the results of this will be, and honestly, i fear for the worst. They've always been quite accepting of me yet this is a situation i'd rather have them be a bit more repellent in.
Thank you for wasting your time and eyesight reading this thread. I'd appreciate any advice on what to do.
