Aha, as ridiculous as this sounds, I eat a SH#t ton of junk food, Dominoes Pizza, Maccers (McDonalds) etc but I am still very skinny/athletic.

I'm pretty muscular but ''thin'' but I have never seen a change in my weight, I hardly do any exercise and spend most of my time in front of the screen. (please don't get the wrong idea of me).

Any ideas? My mother's brother was just like me, tall, athletically built.
Does a high metabolism have anything to do with it?

I'm not complaining, I love being to eat when I want heh.

You probably have a high metabolism. But be careful, it will not always be that way

It might be just puberty. During puberty, metabolisms sky rocket and hormones which contribute to both muscle growth and fat loss are at high levels in the body. It can also be because you are not eating enough calories to gain anything. My dad and me are like this. On a normal basis, me and him can't gain weight. I can tho if I really try.

I'm the same way (except I'm a girl lol). I usually eat alot and it doesn't really affect my weight. I'm not stick-thin, but I'm of a 'thin build' I guess. But I think my thighs are getting sort of chubbier lol so my junk-food-only-diet has finally caught up with me I guess.

I don't think theres anything wrong with you, but if you appear to be losing huge amounts of weight or start to look skeletal, you should book an appointment with your doctor.

Always been like it, my late mother's brother was exactly the same.

Yeah ..but it wont last forever..like my case..When I was 13/14 I was stick skinny. I had a small girlish face, puny body, 6pak abs, limbs were virtual sticks ....I thought I can stay skinny whole life without working out a bit.......
Boy I was wrong .by 16 puberty hit & within lyk 1.5 yrs my waist gone from 25 in to 36, face has plumped up, , I've developed a bubble butt too....and I have gone from 48 kg to 65 kg at 5 foot 11......... nw I have a small tummy roll, cannot run, bend etc like when I was skinny, and have sm man-boobies....
Now I am so unfit I cannot even think of working out...I wear baggy clothes to hide my growing gut but for how long I wonder....already sm friends are teasing my gain.....I used to just take my pants off and jump in pools in my briefs..I was so confident..but now I keep myself covered...I should have started to work out whn I was skinny...now it seems too late
