Ok so I have a younger cousin, im 16 17 in march and hes 13. Aways me and him did a few things when I was like 14 we were just curious(Im not gay and im not sexually attracted to guys) and now whenever like my family and his family go fishing he always wants to touch me, like he feels my legs my arms and he is always trying to like grab my dick, why does he di this? To start off, he probably does this because he is insecure and wants to compare penises but he doesn't know how to ask. If he doesn't stop tell your parents or his parents. If it makes you uncomfortable, then you need to let someone know.

just get him in private and ask why he does it and as soon as you know that you can work out how to make him stop

Calmly ask him why he wants to do this, look him in the eyes and tell him he can say anything to you, but you have to know why. Don't judge. Let him tell you why. Then tell him why it makes you uncomfortable, that what you did once was curiosity but you aren't comfortable exploring that curiosity anymore. I'm actually experiencing something similar! My younger cousin (I'm 16 he's 14) and I have kind of experimented but never touched each other. He is probably at the age where the hormones have got him confused about his sexuality and he's curious about the same sex. Seeing as how you guys did something before he probably thought it'd be okay to do it again. However, it may be him being gay or bi but whatever it is, if you're not okay with it, tell him. Just say it's normal to be curious and such, but you're much older and not into that anymore.

think about this for a moment: he is still younger now than when you were when you "started doing things with him" When you were 14 he was only 10, so the two of you are out of synch in your development. there is a pretty big jump between 10 years old and 14 years old. i would say it is a bigger gap than between 13 and almost 17. you are almost grown up, and he is still kinda confused. you need to talk to him, and let him know that you have moved on from all that, and if he is attracted to guys, then that's fine -- find someone his own age to have fun with.

if you cannot talk to him, you need to talk to a parent about it.

He probably just liked the attention you gave him when you used to do it so he wants that attention back. Just sit him down one day when you're alone and explain to him that you don't want to do that stuff anymore. Good luck! :)

I wonder, from the fact you have raised this here, whether you are not sure whether you should be comfortable with what he is doing or not. All I can say on that is one is that there is no absolute right or wrong it down to you. Don't feel obliged to feel uncomfortable because you think it is expected.

On the other hand if it is causing you genuine distress then you obviously have to firmly ask him to stop. Take his hand away if he puts it there. Explain that you don't want to do that with him and that if he won't stop you won't be able to hang out with him anymore and will need to talk to parents to make that happen.

You will be turning 18, he 14-15 and, unless you want to risk serious legal jeopardy, you need to sit down with him, tell him the facts and just be supportive of him whether he is gay or straight...as a friend, not a sex partner.
