A routine physical exam includes height, weight, reflexes, eyesight, genitalia, and whatever else you may have question or concerns about. Its basically to make sure that you are healthy for your age and to point out any possible medical issues. You go in they take a urine sample and check your eyesight. You then get your height and weight checked. The doctor will check you reflexes and ask you to do some stretches and such. Then comes the genetalia exam. For the guys they just check for hernias and abnormalities with the scrotum and the testicles. For the girls I'm not really sure what they do for the genitalia exam and I'm sure someone will post behind me to tell you what though.

ya they do ur hieght, weight, reflexes, make sure your healthy. also, i dont no about girls, but when they examine you genitils they just lift your ball sack up and drop it a few times.

Personally I haven't gotten an erection during a physical but it shouldn't be anything to worry about. Doctors have seen it all and are professionals so you should feel even more comfortable around them.

You go in. You sit down, the nurse comes in, she checks your height, weight, and vision maybe then you go back to the room. The nurse leaves and you wait for the doctor and they check everything. Then they leave you to get dressed or something and then you are done.
