This will probably be white discharge, it is a normal process in which girls go through puberty. It is a way of the vagina cleaning itself.

Just like london said, it's a normal part of puberty, and has something to do with cleaning (Fun fact: This its why douching can be so harmful, because it takes away the "good stuff" you're seeing in your panties as well as the "bad stuff" the good stuff gets rid of. You end up with little defense against bacteria and an increased risk of things like yeast infections). Have your mom buy you some pantiliners (thin pads) at the store, to help keep your panties clean. The appearance of the discharge is also a sign that your body is getting close to being ready to start your period, but it could be as long as a year or so before that happens. After your period starts, you'll see less of the white discharge, and it'll probably only happen right around your period. For now though, just be prepared. :)

Actually, as has been said earlier in this thread, vaginal discharge is a normal part of puberty and a normal sign that your vagina is healthy. It has nothing to do with arousal or female ejaculation. Besides, it'd be pretty hard to be ejaculating on a regular basis without realizing it, and typically there needs to be g-spot stimulation in order for female ejaculation to occur (it's virtually impossible to "accidentally" stimulate your g-spot, since it's inside of you).
