I have had like 3 since hitting puberty....the most appropriate description of this is the name it really has..."nocturnal emission", meaning, night release. It happens when a buildup of semen hasn't been released by sex or masturbation, and needs to expel from the body. Rarely, it can produce an erotic dream as the release happens. However, the mind blowing orgasm you wish you could have with it???no dice....it just spills out and makes a mess...enjoy jerking off. One theory on why wet dreams occur is to get rid of "old" semen. If you mastirbate before bed you won't have that much to get rid of since your body is making new sperm.
