its designed to be able to be pulled all the way back so if its getting stuck back while your hard your foreskin might be tight but if you can get it back when your soft then everything should be alright but if you go to the doctor they can give you some stretching techniques that will help loosen your foreskin

It can be tight at first and yes, the head will be sensitive given it is not used to being exposed.

If, like me and also like many uncircumcised guys, I suspect, you masturbate by sliding the foreskin backwards and forwards I would expect that to loosen it up. It it doesn't then you could try specific stretching and if that is not enough some steroid cream. Do be patient, though. Any stretching is likely to happen over several weeks, not in a single day. Here in the UK mild steroid cream is available over the counter at pharamacies and stronger cream is available on prescription.

It sounds like case of tight foreskin . No problem dude . Although you should be able to retract your foreskin normally , maybe your parents didn't teach you to do that .. Anyway , try with retracting your foreskin anytime you have some free time , also , always try to pull it during shower , because it is easier to do with water , also there are some creams , but they don't help really much , you can basically use any lube for pulling it back ... I suggest you try pulling back slowly a bit more each time, and it'll become easier eventually. As for it getting stuck, if you're hard it might seem like it won't go back but once your penis gets flaccid again it should be easy to pull it back.
