So, i posted a bunch of stuff one day and my post count is stuck at 61! Please help i want to be able to have a signature and be able to pm.

It's at 62 now. Posts made in the diary section, VT arcade, and I think introductions...? will not increase post count. I don't think you should spam posts either just to have access to the pm feature. I could be wrong but I think you can still have a signature regardless of how many posts you have.

What Alluring said is correct; posts made in diaries, VT Arcade, and the Introductions forum don't go towards your post count. If you want to collect more posts, you'll have to do so elsewhere without bumping, double posting, or spamming.

But yeah, I think you should be able to make a signature anyway.
