I don't understand you guys , about shooting .. Is it mandatory for male to shoot cum , NO , then , why you worry about it. It doesn't matter does it shoot , dribble , ooze or something other , it is important that you can cum .. Anyway , if you really want it , although shooting makes too much mess ; WHEN YOU J/O , and you're near to cum , stop in that moment , and do the same few times .. After it , do it again , but let it cum this time and you will shoot semen for sure ..
