I'm 17, 230lLB, 5'9 and I'm obsessed with loose this weight and gaining abs! I'm don't have access to much health food and the gym is out of the question because there's none around. I'm not involved in any sports. But I'm pretty active; I climb mountains all most every day. I lost 30lb awhile back but I for some reason I just quit counting calories and gained it all back. I wanna be fit for selfish reasons because I just want ta show it off. I take a lot of pride in the way I look and I want to Improve it. I need help on loosing weight and most importantly, gain those abs! Any advice on how I could achieve this would be awesome!:yeah:

You can do a lot with just your own body weight! Squats, push-ups, pull-ups on play ground monkey bars, etc. Take in less calories and follow a healthy diet ie. you don't need "health food" just eat real and wholesome meals.

yea what this guy said. at our age there's no reason to be heavy (I used to be, so I totally get it) but you can run, do all kinds of bodyweight stuff. it will suck and be hard at first but you can do it man!! just eat a little best and do the best you can. yu'll be fine!
