Where can I start , ah , http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=219748 .. Read that thread , I am too lazy to write everything again ... Anyway , I was talking with my three friends ( they are Muslims , and circumcised ) , but I never liked these guys , I rather consort with non Muslim , because they are open minded , and Muslims in this city aren't very usual .. I have one really good friend Muslim , but these rest two , I don't really like to consort with them , but we were just talking few days ago .. We were talking about usual things , girls , puberty , etc .. In one moment , I don't know how , one of them told very loudly : "Dennis is uncut" , and that guy and his friend started to tease me because of that , I like when someone is joking , I mean I like persons with good humor , but they weren't joking on right way , that kind of joking was more offensive , than funny , and I don't want to write here on what way were they joking , that's not even for Wild West . I felt really bad , I told my friend to go from this jerks , and he just nodded of , without saying any word. He also felt bad , because that is not way someone should joke . I never talked with anyone about my foreskin growth , because of this kind of situation , I know how would primitive Balkan's mentality react .. I am person with very short fuse person , I can react serious on even small provocations , but I didn't react as usual that night , IDK why , but didn't , so only God saved that guy and his friend from kicking their asses .. Then when I came home , I talked with my mom about that , I was so angry , I told them that I want to circumcise me immediately , high and tight , without leaving any foreskin .. Then we started to argue about that , she told me that I should tell her about that , because I have special relation with her , she is like my best friend , even better than it .. She succeed to calm me down , and told me to people shouldn't business with foreign lives , and that I shouldn't listen to them .. But I still feel angry , and I would even accept circumcision . She said that even if I would fall on her knees and request that , she wouldn't permit that , because there is no reason for that as first time , and I am too angry so in all that furious I am ready to do anything , and if I want to do that I can do that when I am 18 , which is stupid - as she said , and that foreskin is here for reason .. I don't have any more reason even to say hi to that jerks .. Although it is extremely rare to even hear for uncut Muslim , it isn't mandatory in Islam to be cut , and most of Muslims don't know that , but I never ever heard for uncut Muslim , and it is very weird for me.. But society plays biggest roles everywhere in everything .. What should I do ?

Wait until you're 18 or older. Understand your faith as an adult and then make that commitment with the circumcision. You're a minor now, and maybe your folks are letting you know that this is how they're showing you support and recognizing its a decision fo you to make as an adult.

If you want to get circumcised because of you then do it . If you want because of community , then think about it. It is your penis not theirs. You will use it , not they.

If you are 100% then I'd say do it. I'm originally from Serbia but I am cut. Just wait a little longer to think it out and if you want to if not.

Even if I want , I can't , read what did I write .. They don't allow me to do that ... I know it is mine body , but if every Muslim guy is gonna point in me with finger because I am uncut , then , it doesn't matter because it is my body , I don't wish even to worst enemy situation like this ...

You are young , but when you learn to ignore things around you , of course not important thing it will be much easier for you. In elementary school i was bullied too much , didn't have friend , then i got into high school in other city. I found friends , real friends. And now again i changed city cause of faculty. And i feel full with confidence and again i found new friends. I am still in touch with old ones . Waiting does pay off :)
Don't ever , ever go against them. Learn to ignore . Cause they just want to provocate you . If you fight back they will succeed . Just stay calm , do things that fulfill you , find people who will respect you and go away from religion (yeah this is hard , it is impossible , but you know , don't get upset :))

If your over 18 and living on your own then your able to get cut you can, however you should thing hard about it, because it's not really something that can be undone

Yeah .. My friends are important part of my life .. LoL , I don't know worse example of Muslim , believe me , you don't want to know my habits ... I mean , I just follow 2 of 5 ( 1st and 4th ) xD .. Nah , I am person with short fuse , but I know to control ... I mean , I can control myself , even on some provocations , but usually I don't stay obliged to people .. I am sorry to hear that , I hate bullies , too , but no one never ever tried to fight with me or even to think to bully me .. That's great challenge even for adults . They will surely succeed if I fight with them , but they will succeed to come home with broken noses and teeth xD ...

I even don't know how did they know that .. I didn't tell to anyone , that's good question . Maybe my ex GF told them , because they were friends with her since childhood .. She told them , for sure ... But I just don't understand , why it is so funny , I mean , we are all born with it , nature made it , I just don't understand ..

I didn't analyse anything , it is same for me , like being cut like uncut , maybe uncut needs more attention for hygiene ... I just , I am enough of all that stupid jokes and teasing just because so small and unimportant part of body ..

Since it is composury for ur religion, I agree with ur mom. It's never good to make a decision just because someone is teasing u. If u feel the same way at the age if 18, than have it done.

Circumcision isn't compulsory in Islam at all ... I just don't understand why does she doesn't allow me to do it ?! I am old enough to make decisions for myself ...

circumcison is perfectly common in muslim countries and as you know as well that most muslims are circumcised as it shows a act of respect to god by saying thankyou for letting me have this temple (my body) Muslims believe that khitan the birth ceremony it shows purificatio. If you want to be circumcised and be like the rest you will have to wait till you are 18 years of age as you are still considered as a minor.
