Ok , so i got this "mark" on my hand and i don't know what it is. It is not growing , not itching or anything. It is just there , red looking thing. Should i go to doctor or use a creme , what is your advice?
It is not bite , it is not cigarette burn , i am sure.

How long has it been there? It looks like a bite of some kind. I had a tick bite and it got rings around the bite that got redder, wider and bigger.

Few days i think , i noticed it ,then ignored. Yeah it has one central ring and one outer ring . I used creme on it and then it started to burn for few seconds , then nothing . It doesn't look like a bite , but it can be.

My bite started like that and it developed more rings too. I think I had 3-4 rings. It never itched or hurt and I was ignoring it till Mom saw it on my leg and took me to the MD's. It was a bulls eye infection and I had to be treated with an antibody. Wait a couple more days to see if it clears up. If it doesn't, then I would go see a MD. If more rings develop you need to see the doctor.

It looks like a bite... It also looks kind of a little like ringworm? But I might be saying that because I volunteer at an animal shelter, and so we have to look out for ringworm really carefully :P I don't think it fits the symptoms you describe though, and I'm not sure that ringworm develops on your arms, so more than likely it's just a bite. As long as it doesn't develop any further, I wouldn't worry.

Yes , those are my plans too. I don't feel anything , i am just afraid that is not something serious , maybe dry skin only.

If it is a parasite i would let it end it's life cycle :D I am obsessed with parasites! I thought it was fungi , but fungi would itch.

Yeah, that's why I said it doesn't fit the symptoms :P Ringworm would definitely itch.

It could be a bite, not sure from what though because I've never gotten a bite like that. Considering you've put creme on it and it hasn't gone away for a few days, I'd suggest probably telling a family member about it first before checking with a doctor? Just in case it's anything serious, but it seems fine to me so hopefully it'll go away in the next couple of days : )

Can it be spider bite? As i can see two very very small symmetric bumps.

Give it the weekend and see what develops. If it gets better or stays the same, give it another couple days. If it does change for the worse you need a doctor. I don't think it's ring worm either. but I think ring worm will spread like crazy and you would still need to see a MD. You can give ring worm to someone else too. Good luck and let us know what happens.

This is a photo I found on google, which shows a tick bite that has manifested into lyme disease:

Looks kind of like what you posted, are you sure you haven't been bitten by a tick recently? Even in the last month? It's definitely not tick season where I live, I don't know about you, but I would go to the doctor and have it checked out regardless. Better to be safe than sorry.
It also does look like the early stages of ringworm, though that would itch and would irritate you a lot. Either way, I would keep it covered for now, and get it checked out by a physician.

Could be, but I think it's more likely a tick bite. If it was a poisonous spider I think it would've spread much more. Unless you have felt any major muscle stiffness/soreness in your arm

Nothing , just nothing. Not even a little itch.

It should be fine, but tell someone about this just in case. Hope it goes away soon~~

To get Lyme's disease in Wisconsin you must get bitten by a deer tick that has the bacteria. The doctors were worried about that with me. I got mine in tick season.

That's a target rash and those are usually indicative of something else in most cases. I'd see a doctor if it doesn't go away because target rashes don't usually just appear randomly.
That's one of the types of rashes I've been warned to keep an eye out for on a few occasions so I'd get it checked out.

It definitely looks like an insect bite of some sort, because of the defined puncture and especially b/c of the ring. I would take a guess at a spider or tick, but even if it isn't, I would go to some sort of drugstore (Walgreens etc) and get it checked out. Good luck!
