I don’t know how it could be harder, unless you are standing and jerking it for a long period of time, then it would be tiresome being on your feet. But for me it does not matter either way, I usually do my daily activity (4-8 min. quickie) standing in front of the bathroom mirror, enjoying the view! Unless nobody is at home, then I am laying down on my bed, taking my time.
