I mean before I started masturbating, I clearly remember that my foreskin covered till the tip with a bit of overhang even when hard... As soon as I Masturbated for the first time my foreskin has never cover more than half while hard...

Penis growth result to foreskin get shorter that it was ... All kids have overhang until age of 10-11 , after that penis starts to grow , so foreskin becomes shorter that it was .. That's not problem , it is common , very common , there is more guys without overhang than with it ..

The only difference it'll make is the parts that aren't covered will slowly (like multiple years) become desensitized. That basically means it will become slightly more numb to deal with the excess friction from your pants that it isn't used to be subjected to.
