So maybe it's just out of curiosity, but why are there so many people getting banned with such a low post count. Find it kind of stupid and annoying when I see someone post in the advice section, I write a long post to help, and then find out that they get banned. Is it inappropriate content on their profile page? Double accounts? Because I've been seeing it a lot.

We can't tell you the specific reasons, but I will tell you it is for a good reason. We don't ban people just because.

As Zach said above, everyone who has been banned is banned for a valid reason. However, we don't don't give out ban reasons as a rule across the board. Sure, I can understand why everyone would want to know - but we respect the privacy of members, even banned.

I'm sure if the shoe was on the other foot, most members here on VT would not want the reason public if they were banned themselves.

Like Alison and Zach said. It's always a valid reason. That's basically all we can say. Some may be 20 when they join which is against the rules. Some have been disrespectful towards others. Overall we (members, not staff) Can only guess why they were banned

I would say it usually comes down to something very inappropriate, or some inappropriate type of contact. However, I wouldn't say there has really been an increase lately, it's about the same as ever.

I would think that an easy way to get banned would be
Sign up
Post the pictures of the nakeys
Post every picture of the nakeys
click click ban

Edit:
Better explained by the people with colorful names :) ^^^

I have a question. Do you get warning before you get banned. I find it kind of disheartening that you can be banned for speaking your opinion. I follow the 1st amendment. However I try to respect to the best of my ability the forum rules. This forum has helped me a lot. Sometimes I worry though that some of the things I post on here will get flagged. Sometimes people just don't have a sense of humor.

People are not banned for speaking an opinion. In most cases bans with low post count or around 100 or so posts is because they're sending soliciting PMs asking for nudes, or pictures or something. Others are banned because they accumulate too many infraction points (they get over 100 points) in a short period of time.

Oh and I find it so fantastic the amount of Americans who think they're protected everywhere they go under the first amendment. Sorry but its bizarre.

What Derri said is correct. We don't ban people for, as you said, "speaking their mind." Instead, we ban them for breaking our rules, which are clearly outlined in a number of places on the site.

Unless you're directly soliciting others for sexual purposes (which is an automatic ban for anyone), you'll always be warned prior to any bans/freezes.

Further, the First Amendment has no application here, or any privately owned website, corporation, etc. The First Amendment guarantees you that the government won't limit your freedom of speech and other rights protected under that Amendment. It does not, however, guarantee you the right to say whatever you want without any consequences (as outlined in our rules and terms of service).

I think iīs my fault that Randyboy got banned today.
It was my first time in VT chat and I must confess that I didnīt read the rules. I had no idea that this chat is supervised and it is forbidden to talk about things boys do when they are horny. I came up with this topic, not Randyboy. And we stopped our talk after we got a warning. So, why did my friend get blocked for my mistake? I feel so bad about it :(

Well it might not be what you and him talked about as you received a warning rather than a ban (At that time).
There's plenty of other things that can cause bans.

For the privacy of members (yes, even banned members) - we do not give out their ban reasons.
