When you have orgasms is there one type of orgasm which is more pleasurable than the other? Is one type faster to achieve or more intense? If you are getting multiple stimulation like penetration and clit play, can you experience both types at the same time?

Personally I don't have orgasms from penetration alone and need at least some clitoral contact to push me over the edge. That being said using both definitely simultaneously does get me to orgasm faster and usually seems to add some extra intensity.
