Tongue and Nipple Piercings

For any of you that have nipple piercings (guys and girls) do you find they make them more sensitive?

For any of you that have tongue rings (guys and girls) do you find guys and girls respond more now when you are performing oral or kissing than when you didn't have them?

Do you have to do anything special to take of piercings in those areas?

I don't have a tongue ring but it is pierced. I noticed maybe a slight difference but I never asked if it was my piercing or just me. And I just use listerene everyday just so it doesn't get bacteria in around there too much.
