If you are masturbating too much, you could rub your skin sore. If that's not the case, I'm not sure what you can do, and I'm no expert but I don't think circumcision would help.

It'll get less sensitive over time. If you've just been able to retract your foreskin, that'll be why. Keep retracting it everyday, just don't hurt yourself doing so

That could be the problem, jacking off helps the retracting of the penis head get used to it...and you should find that it only "hurts" or is extra sensitive after orgasm....let the skin cover it otherwise...jack off daily for a couple of weeks and see if it doesn't help...

I mean I do it like 6-8 times per week. I meant not enough that I hurt myself.

Jerking off will make it less sensitive. Using lotion may help with the sensitivity while jerking off. Other than that I'm not sure.

The head is sensitive because it is not used to being exposed. The more it is exposed the less sensitive it will become. Obviously some contact is unavoidable washing but most uncut guys masturbate by sliding the foreskin over it.

your just gonna have to give it time it will slowly desensatize over time and a way to speed it up maybe is to fold your forskin back as often as you can for as long as you can stand it in your underware so it can desesitize faster

Same is with me ... I was semi circumcised , but my foreskin grown totally ... And so , I am uncut now ... When I was semi cut , I had normal sensitivity , but , since my foreskin grown up , I have same problem like you ... My friend also had this problem , but he said that is managed to solve it by retracting foreskin all way down and leave it like it whole day ( he hasn't frenulum , so his foreskin never go back if he doesn't manually to that ) , but you can tie foreskin . ... After some time , his sensitivity returned to normal .... I am planning to do same , because I tried to have sex with my GF for the first time after my foreskin grown up , but I couldn't because it was so painful because of super sensitivity ...

It should be sensitive , but not sensitive in that measurement to he can't touch glans ....

It's okay. It will be gone in few weeks, maybe month. I had that issue but now it' s almost gone (there are small parts where it's a bit sensitive)

Just leave your foreskin retracted, and it'll get used to the sensitivity.
