I was fully covered with body hair when I was 13 ... So , yes , that's normal , I would say.

you might be going through puberty a little faster then a lot of guys, but it is not abnormal no.

You're most likely starting puberty a little bit earlier than the average male. It's nothing to worry about.

some boys progress faster than others, its all a part of genetics and puberty -- though its pretty scary sometimes, I wouldnt stress it, you are just fine.

You're an early starter. Some guys are late bloomers. They're both fine, so don't stress about it :)

It's nothing to worry about at all. Guys start puberty and go through it at different rates and yours maybe seems a bit advanced for 13, but not massively. I had a friend at school started puberty at 10 or 11.

It does not really matter, puberty can be weird, and nothing is 'normal' until you're fully done with puberty in your 20's

You're sprouting early, so to speak. Nothing abnormal about it. In fact you're lucky, you'll be going through it before many others your age.

People do start puberty at different times and it is normal for some to be further ahead than others. Hair growth is a pretty unreliable way to assess progress through puberty because people vary so much in how much hair they have when fully developed. A guy who comes from a line of really hairy guys may have more body hair when 1/3 way through puberty that a guy who comes from a line of guys with little hair when that second guy is fully developed.
