I'm depressed because...

I have been depressed since Tuesday because... well.. long story short, I was at a mental institution for a month and a half, and my friends at school just thought I was with my grandparents, but I told one of them that I was in the institution. I am so upset, because I feel it was a bad decision, and I wished I didn't tell him. What should I do to get over this? :P

If you're not feeling good about what you said, then try to do something to take your mind off of it. And if they're going to judge you for having to be there, screw those guys! I hope you're feeling better.
