Unfortunatly I hate Nicki quite allot. My suggestion, google it.

That's like the only song I like by her. I think the message of it was a girl got played/used/lied to by someone she cared about.

I hardly listen to her music. It's just not my type. She's got talent, just isn't showing what she's capable of. I agree with Madie though.

It talks about being cheated on and then lied to about it. The word "lie" here has two definitions: the bed is something he (Nicki's lover) physically lies on, and he also lies about what went down in it (cheating). It's a play on the phrase "you've made your own bed, now you have to lie in it". You made the mistake, so you have to deal with the consequences.

There's a website called Pop Genius that has reviews made by users on the message songs and music videos covey. It analyses verse by verse. I'd suggest you visit that website if you're curious to find out more about the song. Contrary to what most people say, some of her songs, like that one, have a quite significant message, it's not just booty and random rap.
