Confront her in the playground or after school perhaps? Just be yourself, and go ahead and ask her out. Maybe a movie, lunch etc.

To be honest i think if you need help we need some more info about it:)

But if your asking HOW to ask her out than i guess i would say there really isnt a TRICK to it you just need to have faith in yourself and go do ask her, but of corse make sure the moment is right;)
