Why I feel that I regret having sex with someone? I am really confused.

its pretty common to have those feelings, its like you feel as though you have done something wrong and will be judged for it. as long as no one was hurt and everything was consensual, the there is nothing to be stressed about, eventually the feeling will go away.

I've had sex with a few people and regretted it afterwards, but there is usually a reason behind it. I don't just get random feelings of regret.

This is exactly the same as the situation when people masturbate and feel guilty afterwards.

Being horny alters your outlook and something that includes sexual release, whether that be sex with someone else or masturbation, looks increasingly like a good idea the more horny you become and, at some point, you go ahead and do it. As soon as you've cum and are no longer horny it seems strange that you wanted to do that.

How you feel about sex when you are not horny is a matter of your attitude to sex and the attitude you have picked up from those around you. If you are at an age where sex would normally be considered to be underage in your culture, or if sex is really taboo in your family or culture, or you have string religious beleifs that it shouldn't happen outside marriage that can certainly have a bearing on that.

It seems to me two things can happen from here:

1. Carry on and start to embrace sex being a fine thing to do, or
2. Realise that whatever makes you feel guilty is something you want to comply with and switch back to masturbating instead.

after being done with sexual activities it can create different emotions for people. feeling guilty is actually not an uncommon one. so you are not alone

If it was your first time maybe you realize it was with the wrong person or that it wasnt what you expected. alot of things could cause this.

I sometimes feel guilty or sad after masturbation so maybe it has something to do with releasing all of that stress and all of that emotion in one given time frame that leaves you with certain emotions for awhile and that could mean being sad for awhile or maybe even really happy for awhile.
