View Full Version : Smiling to himself?

Some background (I've posted about this before):
There is a guy who takes the bus to highschool from the same stop as me, and is 2 years older (18). It has been a year and we have never actually talked to each other. And unless you have figured it out already, I sorta kinda maybe have a little crush on him (little because I don't actually know him - I guess you could call it attraction + someone-who-seems-ok-as-a-person-maybe).

So. To the question.
I've noticed that often when I look at him, he is smiling to himself. At first I thought he was just happy about something that has happened, but it has been happening quite regularly. Other times he just doesn't notice or looks back and I look away because I don't want to seem weird.

Does he like me, or does he just like the attention? Or maybe something else? I'd really appreciate your opinion on this! ♥

well if he has been turning around to look in your direction, it could be that he has noticed you and has an interest or curiosity about you. next time he looks your way, meet him eye to eye and smile just to see what kind of reaction you get.

As I've said to other people who posted about this with the same situation. Looks, body language, and a few smiles aren't enough for us to decide whether someone has interest in you. You'd need to talk to him. I don't like giving advice that I am not 100% sure is valid or helpful. So I can't say if he likes you or not, but what I can say, is that you need to talk to her more.

This is exactly what I was thinking

this is probably one of the best things you can do. it may not tell you everything, but it can possibly give you a good clue
