Right so I have gym once a week and lately we're doing dancing. Now, this is a fun class but there's this dance move we have to do where we, guys, hold on to our dance partner with our pits slightly raised upwards.Whenever I do that move I always worry that I'm emnating some body odor and it rlly makes the dancing really uncomfortable.

I use deodorant and shower daily but I still have this worry darn it. Does anyone have any tips to be able to ignore it? None of my dance partners have told me I smell or acted like I have an odor but I still stress

Try using deodorant in the locker room whilst getting changed for gym. If it's a self concious thing then that me make you feel better. If you shower daily and deodorise throughout than I don't see why you would smell.

It is something that most people worry about so I wouldn't work yourself up panicking about it. You would be the first person to smell it if you did. Next time just joke with your dance partner and ask them if you smell.

yep, put some fresh deodorant if you got some before you go out dancing, maybe even a spray/a little cologne if your going to be dancing (not too much where it will be over powering though)

Just get some body spray/cologne. It's what I always use

Yeah just put on some deodorant right before the class. It'll make you feel better because there is virtually no way for you to smell bad. Although judging from your hygiene, you don't have to worry in the first place.

Also, I have read a couple of articles about this, but drinking plenty of water (and green tea) can also help with the smell. If you search it up, you are bound to find information which will help you out.

Just make sure to not stress about it. Doing so will just make the smell worse:P
Other than that perhaps use a drying spray right before you have gym to keep your armpits from sweating so much

Everyone is going to stink and smell if you're gonna be doing those types of activities like dancing. As long as you have a good deodorant and you stay hydrated, you'll be fine. Don't sweat it. Pun intended. :)
