Either boxer briefs or boxers, always down. Sometimes due to my size I have to put it down the leg of my pants if I'm wearing boxers but that's easily remedied by wearing boxer briefs. I can't put it up or else it will come a couple inches over the top of my pants haha but just do whatever works for you!

Most of the time, I wear boxer briefs so I make sure that my dick points up. This way, it looks bigger and when I ever get a boner, it's easier to hide under my pants and/or shirt. Sometimes I wear briefs, and that's the time where I position my dick to be downwards because it's more comfortable that way. When I wear boxers, I don't really put an effort to position it because it moves on its own when I walk or run or sit. It all depends on how you feel while you're wearing underwear and how its positioned, and not because most guys are doing it like it is just to 'fit in'.
