'Ey. So, I am a victim of the ever-present depression of LONELINESS. And what I need from you people are ways to deal with this. Lets put out the biggest factors here: Im a socially awkward homeschooler. I have about 3-4 mental breakdowns every week at night and just sort of sit there, sad and my chest feeling heavy. I know depression isnt a good thing, and its not easy to get rid of, but I want to know ways I can minimize the feeling whenever it happens. Any tips?

So sorry, dealing with depression and anxiety I totally understand. Hopefully my experiences can help, I don't want you feeling like this at all.

Expand yourself to keep yourself busy. I am not sure of any hobbies or activities that are of interest, but try those. Perhaps using the internet sporadically and safely can help. Be faithful in yourself, don't feel alone. Being young is tough and life is crazy and it has many things in store for you. Having a healthy body and mind, as well as self confidence, using small coping mechanisms to help you on the side is a good start.

If you still need to talk we are here. :)
