I wanted to know about any tips/advice to keep me motivated. I built up my strength during 2014 and in 2015, I really want to start getting muscular (I have muscle definition already on me but it's not as much as I would like.) I'm also looking for someone to help keep me motivated. :D

Hey Josh, there are probably other guys that could give better advice, but increasing your protein would be the first thing. Heard of a thing called Body Beast, may be worth the investment:

If your struggling for motivation. Take a photo of yourself every month and you'll see the difference. That should help you keep going. My mate did it and now he's huge (in a good way)

That's pretty cool. I'll start doing that. How much more bigger did your friend get? (just wondering)

Wow! That's pretty impressive. One of my friends used to be like that and then he started losing weight and by this year (I'm a sophomore) he can bench press the most weight on the JV football team. It's transformations like these that make me work harder. :D Do you lift also?

keep your goals somewhere where you will see them multiple of times a day so you can be constantly reminded.

Until you can bench 1.5X bodyweight, squat 2 X Bodyweight, and dead lift 2.5 X bodyweight, you should be on a basic 5x5 strength program like stronglifts. Otherwise, you're just wasting your time. Motivation will come from the weekly strength gains and slow, steady weight gains. Everything you read in the bodybuilding mags is nonsense when applied to the average, drug-free lifter. It's designed to make you fail, and then turn to supplements you don't need. Guess who owns all the bodybuilding mags? That's right, supplement companies.
