I used to think living in the basement would be cool. I would be away from everyone else with no noise and a whole vast space all to myself. And then THEY came.
My nephews and niece have been taking up residence in my house for about 3-4 months mow because my half-sister fucked up majorly, and lost custody of them. And by now, I'm starting to get extremely irritated, because they've long overstayed my welcome. But that's a post for another time.
Because my aunt HAD to stay in MY room for 2 weeks while she was down for X-Mas, I'm in the basement now. Only problem, I have no privacy.
The little bastards are down here EVERY WAKING MOMENT asking me stupid questions, rifling through my stuff and hitting me with plastic swords, and the worst part is: my parents keep all the toys in the basement on the opposite side of the room, but there's no real divider, so when they come down to "play" (playing consists of running around breaking things and hurting each other and usually ends in someone crying). I have to listen.
I hate them all. And if they keep coming down here so often, I'm going to act like they're cats and spray them with cold water whenever I catch them.
