I've tried a couple of times, it never works. Resisting was just finding other things to do (For me it was video games, getting into more Youtubers and TV shows, drawing, etc.). But it was always on my mind so it didn't last long.

I can stop and start whenever I please, as my libido has gone down. When I was younger like 15, it was pretty much impossible. I usually gave up after a matter of hours :P
