Phone buttons: the real one

My sister and I were arguing about which is better. Physical or software navigation buttons. I personally like the physical buttons of iPhones and Samsung phones. Which one do u prefer?

I prefer physical. I like having something to really press on my phone.

Physical buttons are better IMO. I kind of wish phones still had buttons, and am somewhat considering reverting back to a simple flip phone after my contract is up on my iPhone.

I prefer physical buttons but only because I've had trouble in the past with software buttons not responding like they should. :)

I prefer physical buttons however I haven't had a phone with physical buttons in over a year.

I prefer software buttons. I also think it provides a lot more place for advancements and change. A possibility to do a lot more in that space instead of having it limited to a few buttons. Also needlessly makes the phone bigger.
