testosterone shots

As the title said did anyone ever have any or if you did what effects did it have toward you puberty wise and i was going to ask my doctor if my testosterone levels were normal because I don't feel like my testosterone levels are up I'm 14 btw since I started I have gotten I little bit of armpit hair and a lot of pubic hair and a little bit of stomach hair and my penis size hasn't grown at all

That's pretty normal man, I would say you're fine but that's up to you/your parents. I've never even thought about getting any but I guess it's an alternative.

You sound perfectly normal to me, and you've still got plenty of time for your penis to grow. Puberty doesn't happen over night...

I'm not a doctor, however I do work at a hospital. I am 15 and it sounds like you are exactly where you should be. Testosterone injections aren't exactly for helping with penis size / growth (if that's what your wondering aboit). They can be helpful with body size / growth. If you think your where you should be for your age then you're fine:) You can talk to ur parents and doctor if you would like for them to consider the other options such as injections. i very much doubt even if you wanted the doctor to give you the shots that they will. there only used in people to get puberty started if they are really late bloomers and at 14 and the changes youve described your well on your way into puberty so you wont be getting prescribed testosterone shots just to speed you along.

I think more genetics will deal with penis size,height,how hairy you are. You seem normal and I don't think you don't need testosterone shots.

I never asked my dr for that but I'm sure talking to ur dr couldn't hurt.

Yeah you dont need any shots. Those aren't for people your age, believe me.

unless you really need those shots I would not take them. and when too much is given. they can have some harmful effects. unless your doctor really, really recommends it, I would not worry about taking them

That's pretty normal I know some don't even get facial hair until there 18

I wouldn't take them unless your doctor told you to. Let your body go through puberty naturally.
