Hey, I was just wondering so I decided to make a little thread, basically I want you all to write your age, whether or not your buff/muscular, say what type of work out you do, and which part of you is the most muscular. I'm 15 and a half, I'm skinny and toned, I do 3-4 hours of kung fu/kick boxing a week, and my most muscular part is probably my pecs, although they're nothing special.

I'm pretty slander and fairly muscular. I don't have access to any workout equipment at all so I get my exercise from my family ranch and hiking. My legs are the strongest part of me.

18, pretty buff
I play hockey all week long and go to the gym on a regular basis.
Strongest is probably my legs/thighs, or core

15, more muscular on my legs than my upper body but I'm trying to build muscle. I lift about three times a week. Strongest parts of me are legs and back.

15 slim
Cardio justly and some moderate weight lifting. Legs are definitely strongest muscle

16, skinny, not really muscular but i run. So i have strong legs.

16 and slim/Athletic, I'm pretty toned.

I go to the gym a few days a week which I mainly do cardio and a little weights. I play football (soccer) quite a bit. I usually do some sit ups, push ups and chin ups daily. I'd say my legs are my strongest from the football
