Should i get lenses?

I'm probably due for new glases. Or, well, lenses. I took a picture of myself without glasses and now i really want to know what's better. I'm asking you all.

I think glasses look cute on almost anyone, but I wear lenses whenever I leave the house because they're far more practical. Can't lose them easily, they don't get dirty, cracked, scratched, etc., they don't fall off your face, weather (like rain and snow) isn't a problem, etc.
