I think I'm fat, and I'm desperate to lose weight, I can't diet, I never stick to it. And sometimes I purge, but I don't think this is the best way to go about it...
Please help me, I'm desperate.

Go jogging for about an hour today and lower your portions of food, thats what I'm currently doing and so far I've lost 12 KG

swimming is also very good for loosing waight

Do some exercise (like jogging swimming or a sport) and if you can't do a diet only try to eat better
Something that is odd on me is that when I do exercise I weight more
and if I don't do exercise in like 2 months I start losing weight

I've decided to lose weight (well, getting in shape, really) by replacing all drinks with water and doing a complicated excercise routine (a mixture of 20min toning, muscle building and 1hr workouts). It's not bad, been doing it for just over a week and lost half an inch of my waist, thighs and ribs. I personally don't like to keep kowledge of my weight, because it's not about how much you weigh, but what you look like.
Something that is odd on me is that when I do exercise I weight more
and if I don't do exercise in like 2 months I start losing weight
I think that might be somethingto do with muscle weighing more than fat. So, if you excercise and gain muscle (while losing fat?) then you'll put on the weight. But if you aren't excercising you're muscle, they shrink? Thus losing weight...??? :confused:
